About Me
Hi, I'm Gil.
Thanks for stopping by.
I've been living the Internet Lifestyle since 1998. This site isn't a sales funnel. It's where I think out loud: business, philosophy, travel, and whatever idea I'm chasing this week, without much polish.
Looking for the business side? That lives at ChiefRainmaker.com. The art lives at RickBliss.com.
aka CHILI · aka Rick Bliss · San DiegoHow I Got Here
Entrepreneur since I was a teenager.
“I've done so much with so little for so long… that now, I can do anything with nothing.”
I started building businesses as a teenager, and the reason was always the same: owning my time. Every company since has been another experiment in that freedom.
Here you'll find what I've learned along the way:
- Entrepreneurship as a lifestyle
- Freedom & owning your time
- Non-traditional business models
- Travel hacking
- CHILI Productions stories

Where It Started
CHILI Productions
EVENTS FROM 1985 TO 2001
Before data platforms and AI, there were nightclubs, underground music events and festivals. CHILI Productions was my entertainment company for sixteen years, and the stories are wild: partnerships, threats, run-ins with the Secret Service, and the shows that made it all worth it.
I put it all into a 104-page memoir of stories and timelines.
